In 2016 I was privileged to be involved in a housing project, featured on the BBC programme DIY SOS. I provided the SAP calculations, conducted the airtightness testing and then produced the Energy Performance Certificate
The project was the replacement of a bungalow on The Isle of Sheppey, where two men were raising several disabled children. It was specially adapted to meet their needs. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Nick Knowles and the team but it is still something I am proud to have been able to help with to some degree.
